    Berni is a great trainer. We set my goals at the start, which I achieved, thanks to support, sessions and a home training programme. New goals are regularly set. Sessions are great in her gym with plenty of different pieces of equipment, to challenge and develop strength. I am a 67 year old lady, proving anyone can get fit and enjoy exercise.

    Me and my girlfriend have been training with Berni for almost a year now along side our triathlon and running training to get ready for a busy year of endurance events. She worked out specific training plans for our needs, kept us motivated all the way through and we’ve had some good friendly banter. I’ve had pbs this year at Ironman, 100mile ultra, 100mile mountain stage race and a 50mile mountain ultra and perhaps best of all I haven’t been injured. Id say Berni’s strength and conditioning played a big part in a successful year and I’d definitely recommend her as a personal trainer.

    I started training with BHFit in preparation for my first Ironman in France and my ultra stage race in Switzerland this year. I have been competing in triathlons for about 5 years previously and wanted to add something to my training in order to strengthen my core. Me and my partner worked with Berni once a week at her Gym along side our other triathlon specific training. Berni was excellent in training us together, as we had different strengths and abilities between us. She was able to tailor our sessions to work well with the different events that we had on. Berni is committed in what she does and she knows her stuff. I feel that her sessions made me stronger and I achieved my goals. Although we do not have any events booked now until next year we are still continuing to use Berni to maintain our fitness over the winter. I would recommend BHFit as a personal trainer to anyone. 💪🏼👍🏼

Through amazing weekly strength sessions and a personalised plan I was able to complete the London marathon in 6hrs, a time I could only dream of before starting with BH Fit. Berni is a brilliant personal trainer and I would highly recommend her!

    Before I signed up with Bernie as my PT I had never trained or been to a gym before. Following 16 months of illness and hospital stays I wanted to increase my strength and fitness level which was at an all time low. Bernie listened to my goals and is so knowledgeable and was able to tailor my exercises to reach these goals - having begun in October 2021, I feel I am progressing well thanks to her expertise.     Berni is a fantastic personal trainer, she helped me go from not exercising to running park run. Then to lifting weights and beating my personal bests. She has been brilliant during the pandemic, with sessions online and outside. She has a great gym with all of the kit, which means no waiting for equipment to be available to use like at high street gyms.
