Dial Direct Insurance (Along with all its affiliates - Sedgwick / Davies Group Ltd / BGL Group) - has been the worst service that I have ever experienced. We had a leak in our bathroom over the festive period 2022. Water came through the roof. Called the Dial Direct number for emergency calls/ claims (Was put through to Sedgwick) - informed everything that had happened & the need to get our house dried out asap. They were suppose to get back to me within days (48 hours) - a week went by - no c/b - nothing! I called back completely frustrated - and they denied - the claim had ever been made. I had to speak to several people, spent a good hour or two being passed between different people, along with being cut-off. Eventually - I found out that Segdwick - an affiliate of Dial Direct Insurance - had system failures & lost my claim, but suddenly found it. THIS IS - A CLEAR BREACH IN MY CONTRACT WITH DIAL DIRECT INSURANCE FOR MY CLAIM TO BE ANSWERED WITHIN 48 HOURS. To put a long story short - I am still waiting - now 12th Jan 2023 for my house to get dried out & repaired. There is a potential of mould growing and my family getting sick. These companies mentioned above are so unethical. Am at the point - of taking legal action now - against all 3 companies / investigation by watchdog must be done for all 4 companies.

The worst ever call centre to work for, expectations are very high for a new starter, not very supportive at all, will leave you just wondering where you stand within the company..HR is very unorganised, was unfairly treated even after discussing with management on several occasion, no-one wanted to help or listen to what you had to say so then I made a decision to walk away. Was falsely accused off not adding a spouse on policy when doing caller creds by Rachel/Rosie at the bretton branch in Peterborough, baring in mind policy was amended and correctly submitted and payment was deducted, colleagues had nothing positive to say about Rachel/Rosie, don't know what the agenda was behind all this, overall met some wonderful/ down to earth people within the company. lots of fake reviews, terrible company and people, over a month to even get a refund processed. quick to take money, but slow to give it back (especially with £172 million profit in previous years)
