I have been visiting this site for many years as I used to be a greeting card buyer for a local company which had numerous shops around the country. I retired 7 years ago but still buy for a charity and for myself. It's full of interesting stuff,well laid out and for a warehouse is kept very clean ,yes there's sometimes a bit of dust on slow moving products but mostly it's clean. Nice new range of silk flowers which I also buy as I tend several graves. Many of the staff have worked here for years,they're pleasant and helpful.

Firstly the closing hours need to be changed as we drove 30 mins to get there for a member of staff to approach us saying “ yall right mate” as we tryed to enter at 4:50pm, he had no customer service skills as he spoke to us like a mate rather than a customer. We said “we have come to return an item and pick up some items” he rudely said “ well im just locking the door” we was frustrated as we thought the place closed at 5:30pm as google still says this. He then told us “we close at 5pm “ but even so he was closing 10 mins early. The place is great as we get most our stock from here but the staff lacks customer service skills. ( male, blonde, blue top on, possibly late 20’s.)
