    Alex is great. He switches up workouts so it never gets boring. He’s very good at understanding what type of session both your body and mind need on any given day i.e. if you need a push and a more challenging session that’s what you’ll get but if it’s been a tough week and you just need a really good stretch he’ll do that with you instead. He also provides great advice on nutrition / diet, without being at all judgmental. And as an added bonus we always have a good chat.

He has an understated authority that gives you the drive and passion which importantly gets results - without feeling like you're being trained by a sergeant major! Sessions are always fun, engaging and fulfilling. He's always flexible when it comes to booking in slots which is always appreciated. Would highly recommend Alex!
