I was one of the music arrangers hired by Paul Levin for Beyond Theatre's production of White Witch (retrospectively re-titled as Alicia). Despite contracts being agreed and signed by Paul, along with a clear schedule of fees set out for my work on this project, he refused to pay over half of the outstanding balance. Citing a lack of company funds as the reason for this, in reality he hired me (and others) knowing in advance there weren't sufficient funds to cover these costs in full. Before engaging in any activity (especially financial) with Paul or his companies, proceed with extreme caution and do your due diligence researching his track record first.

Customer service after contacting regarding a hugely mis-advertised show left a lot to be desired. The responses, rather than being helpful, consisted of self serving remarks leading to the thought that since they've been reviewed professionally they can no way have any criticism or fault levied at them and to basically go away if you have an issue. They fail to see that actual large productions don't behave this way, and they seem think they're much bigger than they actually are. The experience has been disappointing to say the least, and I'll be sure to avoid any future events as they will be overpriced and falsely advertised. Note that instead of reviewing the show, i'm reviewing the attitude this company appears to have about itself, which is poor to say the least.
