Very much want to highlight the most professional and friendly service we receive from renting our properties with Beyond. In our experience over the past 7yrs, Joanna has gone above and beyond to support us with all our lettings, giving so much of her own time to deal with any of our tenants issues, marketing and resolving maintenance issues even when she has been pushed to the limits when having to deal with management agents running our apartments. So good to have piece of mind that issues will alway be dealt with in a professional, as well as caring manner when our lives are so busy.

Don’t believe the horrors stories. I am sure they are exaggerations. I rented through Beyond for 5 years almost and haven’t had a single issue. If there was an issue with anything in my apartment it was reported and fixed promptly. Chris Price and Joanna Clyne were really helpful towards the end of my tenancy and clearly outlined the process. As I kept good quality of my apartment they have returned my deposit and I am happy with the amount and the clear communication surrounding it. After having awful experiences from the likes of Thornley Grove beforehand it was refreshing and restored my faith in Estate Agencies.

I had a horrible experience with Beyond. I had several problems but I will focus on the major ones: There is a mess in their internal communication as it seems that they don’t communicate each other, they delay to respond, they’ve tried to be cheeky with me throwing silly excuses in several occasions, I had to argue with them constantly to prove how messy they are as a business (lack of communication, lack of legislation and contractual knowledge, etc). In several occasions because of their unprofessional behavior, they caused me stress and I was feeling awful. Be careful with their contract as it’s very ambiguous and poorly written by a person that I doubt that attended a law school. Take several photos of the flat, and communicate with them only with emails for your records (you’ll need them at some point). With regards maintenance issues, I have a mixed experience. Therefore, in most of the occasions they’ve successfully arranged what was required and their contractors solved -in most of the occasions- the issues. I will not recommend Beyond, and I will not use their service ever again. The happiest moment with them was when I got my deposit back. Please note that once, we received an email where they kindly asked the tenants to write a positive google review, and they’d participate in a lottery to win an Easter egg. Only for positive reviews though. So, I’m very skeptical of the positive comments for this company. Generally, be careful from where you rent and consider the reviews.

Very professional, both tenant and landlord focused. I’ve had a nightmare tenant who constantly complained for no reason, never paid their rent on time, refused contractors entry to fix issues, didn’t look after the apartment. At all times I was kept up dated on any progress and advised appropriately. They have both tenant and landlord’s best interest at heart.

This is the worst agency in Manchester!!! I had a super bad experience!!! The team is really unprofessional, they never reply to email when you need.They rent you flat dirty and in bad condition, they promise you to fix things and then it never happens! They are good only at asking money!!! I strongly recommend to AVOID RENTING WITH THEM!!! Stay safe and look elsewhere!!!!!
