Appalling if I could give 0 I would. Solicitors working on behalf of the seller and in nearly 5 months Beyond Conveyancing have not returned a single enquiry to our solicitors despite the fact our solicitor and the estate agent chasing them 2/3 times every week for the last 5 months! We are now a month and half away from our mortgage expiring and have made no progress with the sale in anyway! I would avoid these solicitors especially if there is a chain involved or it will collapse

Not mine but the vendor's solicitor. Offer's been accepted a while ago and no draft contracts been exchanged yet. The vendor was unaware that he didn't provide all the paperwork for weeks and his solicitor didn't think he should remind him. We only found out when we called the estate agent. They promissed contract will be sent out shortly and then nothing happened. Yesterday they said they will be sending out the contract and nothing happened again.

Steph, who was assigned as my primary contact, was remarkable from the outset: always anticipating potential delays, clearly communicating the options to avoid them, and unfailingly calm and professional. I can safely say that Christmas would have been a very difficult one for my family this year were it not for them and I really appreciate the effort they put in to get the purchase over the line. I couldn't recommend them and Beyond more highly!
