Used this companies online auction to buy some quality equipment at very very good prices, being it an online auction we could not inspect the machines, when we went to collect we found one of the machines was missing crucial electrical parts the manager on site immediately came and inspected it and reimbursed our monies as the machine was not operative, Great team, very efficient and Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend it.

If you purchase anything vehicle based though an auction this company are managing, make sure you demand for them to update the V5 on site in front of you. We won an auction and collected a vehicle weeks ago and still no updated V5 through. We had to pester them for weeks on the phone with no useful response until asking to speak to management. Once getting through to management they told us it hadn’t even been updated with the DVLA just sat on a desk. If we hadn’t chased it, who knows how long it would have taken! Think twice before using or purchasing through this company!
