Absolutely dreadful waiting time. Only one doctor and a nurse to cope with a wave of 50 people or more. Doctor and nurse mostly seen walking around hallways. Kids stood up as there were no chairs to sit for 4 h. No water or food facilities. I am diabetic and no one cares

Really dont bother, unalble to put any weight on one foot and have been 3 times over 3 days to have it seen, each time was told there's at least a 4 hr wait to be seen, then wait for xray then wait to see the Dr, so an estimated 6 hrs! Plus xray closes at 5pm so if you go at 1pm or later you wont even get one and will have to go back! Rang Goole and they couldnt be more helpful, only 45mins wait, then xray, seen the Dr and out with fractured foot 1hr 30 mins later!! The same happened 4 years ago with my daughter, eneded up at Goole because Beverleywas so bad, I know Bev might be on my doorstep but its well worth the distance to go to Goole minor injuries instead!

Booked a time slot there after phone call to 111 and assessed by a surgery. Waiting for one and a half hour then seen by Dr Salah. Dr Salah was so nice to show me where is the Emergency Room I need to go to because I moved in Hull recently and not so familiar here. And thank you so much for his letter so that my mum could have further investigation promptly.
