We've received only what can be best described as a top class A1+ service from Between Glass Blinds... From my initial pricing enquiry through to the complete installation these people have been absolutely superb for us, with many calls and emails keeping us informed all the way along... Yes, we've experienced a few minor teething / installation problems but the communication throughout again has been spot on, and they have resolved all issues raised with no quibble at all. We are very happy with our window blinds it is exactly the end product we wanted. From our experience, we would certainly recommend Between Glass Blinds. Thank you to the whole team A+ [UPDATE: NOV 2021] previously 5 star review, now dropped to 3 stars. Some of our windows have now been replaced THREE times as the bottom metal strip keeps on bowing / dropping out, currently waiting to see how long the existing windows last... Patience starting to wear a little thin, but hopefully this time we'll be ok?! [UPDATE: FEB 2023] Previously a 5 star ⭐️ review which was reduced above to three stars. Unfortunately today I feel there is no other option currently available to me, but to reduce my rating of BGB down to 1 Star ☹️ as my bathroom windows have blown , yet Between Glass Blinds appear to be ignoring my email and tweet ?! Hopefully I will get this resolved soon ?

Very pleased with the blinds in our bi-fold doors, they look great and offer either complete privacy or just some shade depending on what we require. Excellent customer service when we had a slight problem with one of the tracks, fixed efficiently and quickly. Would recommend.

The blinds stick and don’t operate smoothly in the bifold doors. This is the second set, the first set of blinds were operated by a cord and started slipping and jamming within the glass. The new set is magnetic and very stiff to operate and were like that from installation. Due to the stiffness of the operation most of the magnetic slides are broken. The installation was done by Imperial Glazing Solutions in Ilford Been contacted by BgB they are trying to help now so increased the rating Had no joy from imperial Glazing or BgB Scrapping the blinds and have new ones installed by bcbuk

I’ve had the blinds for a year and absolutely love them. They look good and so easy to use. I had a slipped magnet on the one blind this week and they were round the next day to show me how I could have corrected it myself. They also checked everything else while they were here - Really good service.

Our builder recommended this company after we had several sets of Bi- fold doors installed. After approximately 8 months the blinds had to be returned after the company had confirmed that the blinds were marking the inside of the glazing, some of the fins were twisted and did not tilt and close properly. After a wait of around 2 months the blinds were finally returned and installed. Unfortunately, it soon became apparent that some of the blinds still did not close properly and some of the blades were still twisted. When we spoke to the company they were dismissive of our issues despite photographs being sent to them identifying the problems. Interesting to read some of the other reviews on here and see other people have had similar problems as we still have.
