Amy made the experience so lovely! I was really nervous but her kind and friendly personality put me at ease straight away. There’s such a beautiful range of dresses in the shop. She really listened to what I wanted and was so accommodating, especially as my wedding was only 3 months away!! She showed me potential dresses and even contacted the designer to get the dress shipped ASAP. Communication was brilliant- I would highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Betty Mccaul. Interestingly I did not find the "one" there, but I wanted to write a review, as going to places before finding the one, was just as important an experience. Amy made me feel relaxed, and did not pressure me. She was understanding of what I wanted and helped pick out a dress i wouldn't of considered. She offered me to come back to retry another dress, however I had already seen a dress I wanted to try on somewhere else, that ended up being "the one", she gave me the space to think about what I wanted, which i think is everything you want from a boutique- i recommend anyone to take a look- the sheer amount of discounted dresses there is incredible!

I had the best experience at Betty McCaul and couldn't have wished for anything better. From wanting to change the initial booking time to coming through to the actual boutique to choose my wedding dress has been nothing but exceptional. Amy made me and maid of honour feel so welcome and she had such a lovely selection of dresses that it only took 3 dresses to try and find the one! She also had great recommendations of seamstresses to make the process even more smooth. Thank you ever so much for making the experience so great and I can't wait for the big day!

She was so helpful and kind, she welcomed us from the first minute and made me feel very comfortable and not pressured at all. I went to Amy her store -Betty McCaul- and it was mind blowing how many different dresses she has. She helped me with the process of selecting of what I would want and adviced me very professionally. She really knows what she's talking about, and guided me greatly. The only downside is that I'm only getting married once, because now I can't have another experience like this!
