    Went for a fitting for new bras following lots of surgery. Catherine was so kind and very patient. Unfortunately because of the swollen scarring under my armpit the original bras purchased were uncomfortable. I felt very anxious at contacting to tell, but I really needn't have worried because she couldn't have been kinder and understanding. She exchanged for a larger size, free of charge, with no hesitation and reassured me that it's wasn't a problem at all. I am astounded by such wonderful, caring service and would recommend to anyone who, like me, are having to learn all about their new body shape after surgery. So very grateful

    First time visit to Betty and Belle, I will definitely be returning, exceptional service. I usually hate bra shopping, I phoned up to book a bra fitting appointment and popped into the shop an hour later. The lady who served me, was so welcoming and instantly put me at ease, she measured me and provided a great selection of bras, which fitted perfectly. I walked away wearing a bra that fitted perfectly and 2 bras on order (differing colours). Wearing a bra that actually fits, has made me feel so much more confident in my own body.     I visited here last Saturday and it was an exceptional experience! I've never been for a fitting post surgery and Catherine put me at complete ease. She made me and my sister feel really welcome - please pass on our thanks to her. As a 30 year old going through what I have I was really worried I'd struggle to find something that fit my taste but I was so wrong. You had a lovely variety and the fact that Catherine offered to order me styles and colours was amazing. Worth every penny and I'll definitely be back. Thank you so much for your help

    I went to Betty and Belle this week for the first time . I had a mastectomy 5 years ago and was nervous about having a new prosthetic and bras . I was fitted by Catherine who provided a totally professional and caring service throughout and was able to advise the best prosthetic . I also purchased bras too . I feel like a new woman and attractive again . I would totally recommend to anyone who has had a mastectomy. Thank you very much .
