We have been using Betts for our ecological requirements for over a year now and the team have been 12 out of 10. Natalie, Nicholas and the team have been professional throughout, always operate in line with site rules and have continually gone above and beyond to assist our department with project based surveys, legislative advice and guidance on how to calculate/maintain our biodiversity metric. With have high ambitions at AML so finding a company to collaborate with that has an enthusiasm and pride in their work to match is a rarity.

Increased service charge 100% this year ten times the rate of inflation the estate looks a mess and they refuse to provide a list of what they are responsible for. We are paying for a service and we don't even know what we are receiving for the fee

KEEP CLEAR this company will hit you with bills from every angle. Our estate has already had a price increase of 80% in first year for a company that is now doing less work on the estate. Sadly we will have the need to get lawyers involved now.

Betts provide a first class service for everything it shouldn’t be. They will help destroy the wildlife in your area! If you’re lucky they will also charge you extortionate rates for creating a plague of an unmaintained jungle of brambles, nettles and all other weeds non conducive to a healthy and happy eco system. I would definitely recommend their fantastic ability to make great crested newts and water voles disappear from an area. Their exceedingly lack lustre attitude towards helping the eco system is next to nothing else out there. Even better, their lack of actually providing the expensive services they say they carry out will not only destroy the nature and habitats of the area, they will also encourage vandalism and antisocial behaviour- win win! They are excellent at ignoring residents and communities which really helps to lift the spirit of the area and improve the relationship between households and Betts. Avoid using them. Avoid buying a property that has anything to do with them.
