FAQ

How do you source your honey and ensure its quality?

At Betton Farm, we source our honey from our own bee hives located on our farm and from other local beekeepers whom we have established good relationships with. We ensure the quality of our honey by conducting regular tests to check for purity, using industry-standard techniques and equipment. Additionally, we do not use any artificial additives or preservatives in our honey.

What types of honey do you offer and what are the differences between them?

We offer a variety of honey types, including blossom honey, heather honey, and creamed honey. Each type of honey is unique in terms of flavor, texture, and appearance. Blossom honey is light and sweet, while heather honey is richer and more complex. Creamed honey has a smooth, spreadable texture that is perfect for toast or sandwiches.

Do you offer any organic or raw honey options?

Yes, we offer both organic and raw honey options. Our organic honey is produced using only natural methods, without the use of any chemicals or pesticides. Our raw honey is unfiltered and unpasteurized, meaning it retains all of its natural enzymes and health benefits.

Can you provide information on the sustainability practices used in your honey production?

We are committed to sustainable honey production practices. We use only sustainable beekeeping methods that do not harm the bees or their natural habitats. We also prioritize the health and well-being of our bees by providing them with a healthy diet and ensuring they have access to clean water and natural habitats.

What is your return policy for honey products?

We take pride in the quality of our honey and stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We do not accept returns on opened honey jars for health and safety reasons.

Terrible, paid a lot of money for next day delivery and parcels are still awaiting pickup 2 days later. Helpline charges you and messes you around until you give up. Avoid this supposed service. RUBBISH

Useless. Why bother to give a time or offer to deliver to a safe place if a) you are routinely hours late, and b) are to lazy to PUT the parcel in the safe place?
