Andy has been our landlord in york for the past 2 years, we moved between 2 of his houses both being as brilliant as each other, and I wouldn’t change either of them. I cannot express enough how amazing andy has been, no task or problem no matter how small or big he was able to solve immediately. He has 100% made our university life more enjoyable! Andy Mattar is a brilliant landlord. The house and facilities are great with everything a student needs. A great location as well. Andy met us on the start of our tenancy state and went through all of the details of the house, tenancy agreements, and gave us a warm welcome. Throughout our stay, any problems with maintenance, billing and rent payments he has been the most helpful and accommodating, with sorting out issues straight away so we did not have to worry. I very much recommend anybody looking for a house to go with Andy and one of his properties :)

I lived at 7 Lawrence Street in York as a tenant for a year and I completely recommend both the house, but most importantly having Andy as a landlord. During the time I lived there, Andy helped solve every single problem we encountered, and ensured the house was in great condition. There was ease of communication if we ever had any questions or concerns, we started recognising within our first month how great of a landlord he truly was! The house itself was a wonderful home to live in with my friends and it was the perfect place to build great memories during uni. I was very sad to leave, but we all have to move on at some point 😂 If you have any concerns about the property or about the kind of communication you will have, don’t! I can say for sure that, for a student house (or even just a normal home), you will struggle to find somewhere that will meet your needs better than the properties that Andy rents out! I cannot recommend this anymore than I already have! If you’re on the fence, hop over, you won’t regret it :)
