From my experience working here so far I find this a great company to work for. It is still very young and small, so you get the chance to build a lot of things from the ground up. Because there is a keenness to be innovative there is a lot of room for experimentation and trying out your own ideas. Communication lines are as short as they can be and there is pretty much no hierarchy.
