I can't speak highly enough of the service I received. I called and asked to order an obscure part from a manufacturer (after several other places had told me it was not available directly to end users) and within minutes they'd found the part and had it shipped directly to me from the factory. I will definitely be using Better Mobility as my first call for everything involving my wheelchair in the future!
