First contacted lee about 5pm he was at my house an hour after putting the phone down, quoted me less than half what other people were quoting. Fixed the issue in a matter of seconds. Very friendly and chatty. Will definitely save his number incase of problems in the future. Thanks again!

Lee was prompt and efficient and did a fantastic job. We had need to call him out on Bank Holiday Monday for an emergency. He came promptly within a couple of hours. He explained everything clearly and easily so we mere mortals could understand (!). He got the parts and within 24 hours was back fitting the new parts to the boiler and ensuring was working perfectly before leaving. Very impressed. Would totally recommend him to anyone after a plumbing or heating engineer.

We've used Lee since we moved to our new house last year. Initially he came to service our boiler, and again the following year. We had a leak back in the summer, which short circuited our thermostat. Lee was over quickly to assess what needed doing, and a few days later was in to repair and replace. He's always on hand when we need him and have him booked in to replace a leaking radiator in a couple of weeks. Always good to have somebody to call and reassure us. Thanks Lee!

Lee (and team) were excellent. I had an emergency situation where i had no heat at all/concerened i could smell gas. Called Lee who then came straight over to us did the repair and checked all was safe (no gas leaks) and explained everything to us. Could not fault his service at all! Excellent!
