Working with Miriam has been the most empowering journey to understanding myself and the circumstances that caused me so much trauma and pain around my sons birth, and coming out the other side feeling much safer and happier and back to my old self. My only regret is not doing it sooner!

Miriam is very caring and compassionate. What great results we've had. Has made a massive difference to my life. Thank you Miriam. If you are wondering whether you may need help take the step to consider therapy first, the initial checkup to see if you need it is free. So definitely worth finding out if you can improve your quality of life.

Miriam is a kind, caring and thoroughly empathic practitioner. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with EMDR and I feel like a different person after processing some very difficult trauma. I highly recommend Miriam!

I'm writing this review because it's really not easy to find the right person for birth trauma therapy. I had EMDR (online) with Miriam and I can honestly say I am completely 'healed'. A bit like getting physio for a knee injury, it wasn't easy and took a bit of work, but in the end I'm good as new :) Thank you Miriam!
