I can't recommend Betsy Clara House enough.My Dad, Llew Davey, was a resident there from August 2018 until December 2018 and the time he was there made him and my Mum happy again. The staff there are 100% and do a difficult job very well. Nothing is too much trouble. I'd like to thank them all for making my Dad's final days happy days x

High turn over of staff including managment Found call button unplugged on 3 seperate times found mum in urrine soaked bed on serveral occasions left in bed most days left in same closthes for over 24 hours unless asked to get up cant deal with peg feed despite being told cant lie flat while on feed but left flat serveral times flat current managment useless promises made never kept to would not recommend Did raise a conplaint

Mum was at Betsy Clara for nearly 3yrs, and she flourished there until she was almost 99. It is a well run and welcoming home from home. The staff have been consistently kind, considerate, caring and cheerful no matter when one turned up. The treatment in her last days was exemplary. I can't praise the staff enough for the fun, laughter, entertainment and kind treatment that made such a difference to mums wellbeing. Not forgetting the food of course! Thank you all very much.

My Mum, has been a permanent resident at this home for approximately 2 months now. After all the horrible stories you hear, we were and are delighted with every aspect of Mums care that she receives here. The staff are lovely caring people, the home has a very nice atmosphere and they make the most of what can only be described as a difficult situation with lots of residents having relatives outside who are sad and trying to deal with what is happening to their loved ones. Mum has good food, her hair done regularly, a nice environment, a good bedroom, her laundry taken care of, and we know she is happy because whenever we go to visit, we are welcomed with a beaming smile. Betsy Clara is a lovely home and a good work ethic carried out by caring people. Thank you so much.
