Bob Topliss was meant to call me yesterday (wed 16th feb) to have a discussion about the home refunding me for fuel having been offered the job of weekend housekeeper which I accepted, I done a round trip of 26 miles to take my paperwork in only to find out 3 days later that the job was no longer mine, on the day that we agreed I didn't receive a phone call, I rang today and spoke to a receptionist who was extremely obnoxious and rude only to be told that Bob who also comes across as rude and unprofessional told bob refused to speak to me she then proceeded to slam down the phone. Anyone who considers applying here for a job I think should reconsider
