Constantly cancelling sessions for different reasons. It's a ballache to try and get a refund they don't do it automatically so you have to try your hardest to get through to customer services. Different coaches when you do eventually get to go that all have different ways of working so the children don't build any sort of rapport with their coach. The coaches don't always seem that interested. Like they're there just for a job. My daughter becomes bored quickly. Quite expensive for the service you're actually getting. I wouldn't recommend them. Go somewhere else. I will be doing.

My daughter has been going here now for a few months and I can honestly say its appalling the lack of coaches means sessions getting canceled all the time and the coach my daughter has well he just doesn't seem to care dosnt really interact just stands about looking bored etc. And we are expected to pay £50+ a month it's a joke save your money find somewhere that cares about teaching.

Whilst the coaches at Mansfield are good and interested in the kids development the staff at head office are less than helpful and actually obstructive. They need lessons in customer care. After 2 cancelled sessions within a month I asked for a rebate on the direct debit only to receive unnecessary obstacles

It's clean and the facilities are new. Really good set up. My daughter has done gymnastics at a dance class prior to joining, and therefore was already confident in forward roles, handstands and cartwheels. The classes at Beths have focused on the same areas, and therefore we havnt seen any progress really in a year. So for my 5 year old is is really unchallenging and find herself bored. She got moved up to the over 6s early, (we've had nearly 2 months of classes) but its basically the same class - same section, same routine. So we have put in our leaving notice (30 days). We've had some really poor lessons: no enthusiasm towards the children, unsafe practice (not watching the children or watching them for safe form) and the teacher completely ignoring my child when she is wanting feedback. In all, it's ok if you want to just get your child out the house, to do an 'gynmastics obstical course' but not if you want actual gymnastics.
