Nothing but good things to say about Betel. Responded promptly to my initial enquiry, kept me informed throughout on collection days/times and again just before they were going to head out. Transparent and honest about not always taking everything they come to see as it's not always suitable for them, so totally managed my expectations. Nathan and Craig collected our sofas and were a delight. Friendly, professional and took the time to explain how Betel operates and the amazing work it does to turn peoples' lives around. It may be an old bit of furniture for you but for this charity the donations can be life changing.

I arranged a house clearance in Birmingham via Betel. After numerous attempts with other companies/organisations who failed to even view the job Betel sent their rep to view the clearance, quote a competitive price and arranged all very professionally. On the day of the collection (26/4) Nathan and Boz both arrived, parked in a very difficult spot and cleared the property in a very short time frame. Great service, really nice lads, hard working, polite and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to others. Keep up the great work.

I had a good experience dealing with Betel. I offered a number of items for donation and sent photos on request. They said they would come round between 10-5 on a particular day and they phoned the day before to say whether it was morning or afternoon which helped. They took just two items in the end and were very polite and helpful. They cant always guarantee taking everything or anything because they have to resell the items in the shop or refurbish and anything unsold costs the charity money so I understand why they follow this procedure. Bear this in mind and be patient with the process.
