UNBELIEVABLE!!! I have been with betapak for a long time and I have been a good paying customer and I spend sometimes over £200 month regularly. But all fell apart when I started having bank issues and the crisis in the uk where everythings going up and energy crisis we struggled so much. Now even though betapak was patient a little for couple of months putting the bill back each month which I am thankfull for, but they took my £1000 credit account from me for a crisis in the uk that was not my fault nor was the bank issues this made me incredibly angry and frustrated. I have now paid my bill all which I always do but they never even tried to keep me as a customer or even gave me my £1000 credit account back or apologise or even thanked me for the bill being fully paid could not give a toss at all. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt so angry and hurt I had to do it. I would not recommend them at all please go with another business you will thank me for it as there are plenty of other better businesses out there.

Betapak has worked in partnership with Top Mops for 14+ years , with direct and indirect supply to our customers for all their cleaning and janitorial supply consumable needs. (Cleaning products, handwash, PPE, toilet rolls, handtowels, black sacks, cloths, mops, buckets etc) there is also access to other products in the supply range (Freshly Roasted coffee, coffee machines and equipment, packaging, furniture and more) These customers range from Schools to Care Homes to NHS to Hotels to Manufacturers and many other industry types. The delivery from order process is managed in a 24-hour turnaround, with a bespoke service tailored to each customer need (what the product needs to do, where the products need to go and when they need to be there) This is a combination of an intelligent computerised routing system, managed by a human through the whole process. Each account is set by determining what products are needed, with a stock holding use of 4 weeks allocated, then raised to 6 weeks for a buffer to manage any market changes (ensuring they always deliver what’s needed and when) Where perhaps extreme conditions arise, there are normally alternatives to ensure the end result for a clean and safe premises is uninterrupted with no supply disruption. The supply is managed in the most environmental way possible, using environmental products, with the accredited WEIR impact rated range (Ensuring transport, recycling, waste, and efficiency with excellence is at the heat of what they do) The overall customer supply range is extremely varied (but being specialists in each category) , where hundreds of deliveries are managed each day, through their own premises 700MSquare warehouse holding over 5000 stocked lines and our logistics team. Betapaks customer range in supply is vast, as well as Top Mops, their customers in supply are companies such as Morrisons & Boots , Medical and Manufacturing along with transport and catering. Both Betapak and Top Mops are structed to manage change and growth , in supply and geographical locations. Unbelievably incompetent. They had my coffee machine in for repair for nearly four months, I lost count of all the different excuses I was given: the parts were lost in the post, they were the wrong parts, it's the pandemic etc. When I went back to collect the machine they couldn't find it, eventually it was located in a cardboard box in pieces. How does a company like this stay in business? Avoid at all costs.
