UPDATE: We received a complimentary call and apology for the service received and we always believe in a second chance, tiles were delivered and are beautiful, so pleased we could resolve the matter. Beautiful tiles an fantastic selection but terrible customer service. Went to the store today, walked in, no-one even lifted their head from their computers to say good morning. Walked ourselves round the showroom and after 15mins still no interaction. Shame, left without even a goodbye!

SHOCKINGLY POOR!!!!!! After purchasing and fitting over £5000 worth of oak engineered flooring, we have discovered that the flooring is not sealed to a usable level. We had a small drip from a cloakroom waste pipe and it’s totally damaged the floor. The water did not sit on the top of the oiled board as it supposedly should. We then noticed drip marks on the floor by the kitchen sink. I contacted Beswick and after serval emails, in which they basically implied that I’d removed the oil somehow, I called and spoke to the director John. After going round in circles for half an hour, I have been told that’s it my problem and that I need to seal the floor, which will cost me more money and time. I feel that beswick have taken my money and couldn’t care less about their product. Very poor customer support from the boss!!! Avoid!!!!!

Absolutely fabulous customer service from start to finish. I was unable to get to showroom and Claire was amazing - even holding up tiles next to my floor tiles to help me choose between colours. They were upfront about stock delay on the floor tiles that I’d chosen and gave an accurate deliver date for these. When I needed to change my order, this was dealt with professionally and personably. I ordered four different styles and the quality is superb. Thank you Beswick stone - so glad I saw this company’s name in a home magazine. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Travelled to the showroom from London, we were given no help or guidance at all. When we found tiles that we wanted and asked for availability, we were just met with ‘none in stock’. The staff didn’t seem to care or want to help us at all. I asked if I could get it delivered when it did come into stock and was just told ‘it’s not advisable to get it delivered’, so we’d have to drive all the way back to pick up any order. So I looked for another tile that was similar, again asked and was told there was none in stock, again nothing more offered, I am really disappointed as I had heard good things about this place. Staff really need to change their attitudes

Amazing quality and service. The showroom is spectacular and everyone who I have had to speak with has been super helpful and approachable. Claire in particular dealt with me. She was patient, always got back to me, helped me choose flooring, sent free samples and answered my many, constant questions. I could not recommend the company more!
