No toilet paper,toilet handle loose,shower cold,water in sink was hot,pot of tea but no tea bag,coffee cold sent back,toaster not working was told that its nothing to do with them,ordered bottle of wine and the glasses had water in,no one to see us to a table had to go to reception,breakfast had potatoes from dinner the night before,no barman. We spent the weekend here and absolutely loved it. We upgraded our room to an executive studio king with sea view and oh my goodness what a room views beautiful. I spoke to the duty manager at the front of the hotel he was so kind and lovely we was chatting about were we came from and how lovely the place is. Breakfast was good and staff very nice and friendly. We were sad to leave but will definitely go back. Please visit this hotel and post your feedback. :-) Walkability: Beautiful walks as right by the sea and close to the town. Hidden surprises found every corner

Theough no fault of the hotel, my darling Hubby booked a room with a small double bed… Ladies with Big Hubbys, we all know what that spells: Sleepless nights of bumping into one another, not to mention the snoring of said Cave Man next to you… ugh. The Hotel Staff were so Understanding of the situation and upgraded us to a Kingsize bedroom! We slept like babies, and Gents, Happy Wife, Happy Life! The service didn’t disappoint throughout our stay. The staff are friendly, accommodating and very efficient. We had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting or on holiday. All is Well at Best Western York Eastbourne!
