Spa staff VERY negligent and moody, werent very helpful at all when there was a mix up with our groupon voucher through no fault of our own and we were nearly declined half our treatments! Don’t use a third party deal system like groupon if you don’t have access to the booking systems! The spa receptionist made my mum feel very uncomfortable and flustered. Lots of money spent for a bad experience. Restaurant staff were better although I woundnt ever return.

Went for the drift away spa day today and it was lovely! Had a facial and massage which was amazing, the temple spa products are really nice and smell good to. Spa receptionist and beautician were both friendly and professional. Our 2 course lunch was really good. Every where was clean and tidy! We'll be back xx
