(Translated by Google) Good for price quality. Excellent location, 3 minutes from the subway (new Elizabeth line). Welcoming and helpful staff. Towels changed every day, bed clean. The bathroom had a shelf in the shower, a toilet button and a rusty or very worn mirror. Phono in the room, the TV didn't work but they fixed it within 2 days. Bad breakfast not consumed in the breakfast area but served in a bag (2 eggs, a fruit, a yogurt, a cold croissant, 2 slices of sandwich bread and butter or jam). You could not therefore choose what to eat (even if the reservation included the continental breakfast). No drink provided. (Original) Buono per qualità prezzo. Ottima posizione, a 3 minuti dalla metropolitana (linea nuova Elizabeth line). Personale accogliente e disponibile. Cambiano le asciugamani tutti i gg, letto pulito. Il bagno aveva il porta oggetti in doccia, il pulsante del water e lo specchio arrugginito o comunque molto logorato. Absolutely diabolical place, with no customer service. Booked a room in October to stay in June for my wedding, and also family members had booked there. 4 weeks before I'm due to stay, my room is cancelled because of "recent arrangements". The same goes for my family members. Not the first time they cancelled my parents room. The hotel cancelled their room, only for my parents to be offered a larger room at a larger price... Looking at the reviews on here it's common practice. If you're thinking about staying here, don't. Save time and energy by booking elsewhere

I booked my reservation SIX MONTHS in advance at a reasonable rate. I find out less than 20 days before my travel that my room was CANCELED for NO REASON. I had even called the hotel and the booking company 2 months before the trip to confirm the hotel and was told everything was fine. I have a feeling this hotel realized a large event was taking place the days we booked and canceled it so they could squeeze more money out of people.
