Terrible experince at this hotel, i've to say it was one of the wrorst hotel experinces i've had so far . From the moment I checked in i was disappointed, the front desk chinese face girl agent was unprofessional and unfriendly. When i got to my room there was smell all over and looks like old or had not been properly cleaned , there were stains and the bathroom was dirty. The noise level in the hotel was also unbearable . i could hear everything from the hallway , to the neighboring rooms ,to the noise on outside ,it was impossible to get a good night sleep. besides; the room was very smelly and hot. Overall, i was extremely dissapointed with my stay , the lack of cleanliness , poor customer service , and excessive noise made for truly unpleasant experince. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely will choose another hotel for my next stay in the area.

The bathroom looked like a public bathroom rather than a hotel room. The room has a strange smell and doesn't look very clean. The food is pretty basic. It has a nice garden, but I would not want to stay here again. (Original) Un poco decepcionante dentro de lo que es esta cadena de hoteles. Mi habitación no estaba en el edificio principal y parecía que la habían reconvertido en habitación. El baño parecía un baño público más que el de una habitación de hotel. La habitación tiene un olor extraño y no tiene pinta de estar muy limpia. La comida es bastante básica. Tiene un jardín agradable, pero no me gustaría volver a quedarme aquí.

We went to a conference. It was ok. But the building is not build for a crowded bunch. At some points my ears hurt just because of people talking. We had conferences in different venues with same crowd without this issue. Service was great.
