Rude/disinterested front desk, we had 3 identical rooms booked though each with their own flaws (broken fans, missing water, faulty sockets) reception didn’t care to help, “it was out of their hands”. Only thing going for this place is its location, close to the airport for an early flight, everything else from services, friendliness, cleanliness would have been 0 stars if I could go so low. Do better Beat Western! Disgusted!

Dog friendly town - unfriendly hotel. Booking for a family group to attend a wedding this hotel that always previously accommodated dogs (right up to 2022) now won’t accept a support dog for an elderly lady. Better off at the Travelodge where you can bring your four-legged friend with open arms! What a shambles for a dog friendly town! Won’t recommended the place to anyone else. Dear oh dear. I see a reply to this says they allow support dogs, except when asked obviously. You sound desperate. Thank goodness for for more friendly places in our town. Sense of shame having family up from down south to encounter this kind of attitude.

Booked room and parking. On return from holiday we found we had lost car key. The help and support given to us by Zoe went above and beyond, and made the whole traumatic experience manageable. This was from booking a room to helping to organise a taxi to take us home, get a car key, get us back to the hotel (a round trip of 5 hours). The other staff member who was also very helpful was Rahat. Rooms: Lounge and rooms look a little tired but very comfortable. Food & drinks: Good food, good selection for breakfast. Noteworthy details: Fantastic staff.

Walkability: This hotel is walking distance to the shops. Food & drinks: The hot food at breakfast was cold 2 mornings out 3.

Ashley behind the bar was an absolute wonder staff, great conversationist. If you get him behind the bar you'll have a great time. Highly recommend.

The rooms here a pretty small. The water pressure in the shower was low and I could barely get my hands underneath the faucet. They do not have a workout room or a laundry room. Most importantly, there is no air conditioning. You have to keep the window open and hope it's not hot outside. However, the breakfast is top notch and the staff are excellent. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and attentive to your needs. Rooms: The rooms are small. Walkability: There are many places to get food and shop that are within walking distance. Food & drinks: The breakfast is top notch.

The most miserable, rude and disorganised member of staff on reception. Room not made up ready for families arrival.
