I've been using Sean to groom my 2 Lhasas since he opened his salon in Horsforth. I can honestly say he's always done a brilliant job, the dogs come back looking well groomed and smelling lovely. He's always willing to accommodate and swap appointments if need be, very helpful. Having used other local groomers in the past and had some disastrous results, there's no comparison! Highly recommend!

What a rude man! I rang to enquire about a service for my puppy and he was nothing but sarcastic and rude and tried to make me feel stupid and irresponsible. Didn't even both booking an appointment with him, no way was I going to leave my baby with someone like that!

Very rude to me. Sarcastic. When I said "can I book an appointment please for a puppy trim?" he said yes and wrote me a card. I said thank you very much and put the card in my pocket. Just before I left I said "would you like to hold him or pat him...then he will remember you when he comes." He said crossly "No he won't!" "He won't remember anything! He'll just smell dog!" And walked away without contact with my lovely puppy! I left and cancelled the appointment by phone. He was happy to book the appointment and get the money but doesn't seem to like animals. I would never leave our precious pup with someone like that.
