I attended our annual Xmas party at your venue this Saturday. If you check your records, you will find that our company Multibrands attended the very first event you started several years ago and have attended almost every single year since then. To say that standards have dropped would be an understatement and frankly, to send you a complaint in writing (something I have the least amount of time for), things have gone pretty bad. Firstly the venue itself, absolutely terrible – the dodgems were outside, on a night where temperatures dropped to -10, it was ridiculous to imagine anyone would have a good time going out there. The costs are now £5 a ride!! For the last few years, this has been inclusive with the cost of the ticket. We were SO disappointed about this. The food was DISGUSTING. The menu itself wasn’t a hugely creative one at best, but the quality and even presentation of it all was really very poor. The most insulting….the dessert “plate” that looked like we were being served a bit of Morrisons mini desserts to share around the table. What happened to the individual served plate?? The brownies tasted stale and the other bits were literally just as bad. The starter was a horrible, over fluffy cheese soufflé served with a single slice of tomato, you may have noticed MANY half eaten returns on this! The main course – overcooked and oversalted vegetables, in the TINIEST portion served with a giant chicken breast – overall a really sub standard meal for an event like yours. The DJ, insisted on playing the same typical 80’s high school disco music for a generation that just doesn’t exist anymore! We requested something more modern and danceable so many times and ended up leaving the dancefloor early as it was just too bad. Surely the blind drunk people that were dancing around don’t count as the “satisfied customers” do they? Looking at them, I’m sure they would have danced to the National Anthem if it was being played! My point is, we REALLY needed something new and exciting instead of a 3rd repeat of Whitney Houstons “dance with somebody”. I cant believe I’m having to say this, but we will certainly be looking for something else next year as this one was just too bad for our loyalty year after year. Rizwana Hussain Director

We attended on 20th December 2019 and this was our 3rd time, unfortunately each time has progressively got worse. On this occasion we purchased wristbands (which has increased in price but only offered 6 spirits) so we upgraded to all inclusive 10 days before to have the ability of all drinks. Unfortunately on this night they ran out of everything, even water! They finally restocked at 11.30pm (30 mins before due to close) and we had been trying to get a drink since 9.30pm so totally unacceptable. When contacting after Christmas for a refund of our wristbands as unable to use them (£50 each and 8 people!) we were told we could be offered 10% off our next booking - of course we won't be returning so that offer is deemed useless to us.

We went there friday 20th December 19, it was too busy in the bar area before being seated, shortage of canapes and queuing for service at the bar which we didn't expect considering we had bought gold drinks wristband and the mixers run out at 20pm
