Awful company. Raised many issues during our stay - both by phone and by email - and no one ever got back to us with any sort of update. Matters remain unresolved even now that the holiday is over, and the only contact we had from them about the issues raised was an email allocating a case number. Staff are very abrasive over the phone and do not come across as caring about the problems. We did have problems (largely about the lack of cleanliness) the last time we booked a cottage with Best of Suffolk, so we certainly will not be giving them a third chance.

Terrible agent, we would advise people to steer clear. Young, arrogant staff and also slow to action return of deposits to customers. Will not use again and recommend against others doing so.

Nightmare experience trying to book with this company. As many other genuine reviews have indicated, the abysmal conduct and attitudes of staff (I dealt with three different employees) has been so horrific that it was impossible to continue with the booking. They have held onto the full booking fee (over £2k) and so further action is now underway to recover losses. Research into reviews of this company is highly recommended and something I would usually do first - alas this was a last minute booking and the positive reviews on here naively trusted. Never again.
