The other day it stopped working , I called then today and they sent me a step by step video of how to fix the problem which saved me £140. I bought 4 radiators from here replacing my storage heaters. They are a great replacement but I feel they don’t heat the room to what they read on the display even after the calibration. Don’t get me wrong they do a good job but heaters seem to shut off before the whole room has hit the desired temperature so I am finding myself raising the temperature just so the rest of the room feels warm.

Had to buy two radiators at the end of last year, so I went on line to find a good company to buy them from and look at reviews and decided on Best Electric. I have had to get in touch with them twice to help me with the settings they not hard to work the owner talked me through everything, they were so helpful, we live in a anchor retirement flat with night storage heaters which are useless I just wish they would change all there storage heaters in the flats for these ones. Thank you for all your help.

The switch on one of my radiators broke. I contacted Customer Services and they could not have been more helpful. A replacement switch was posted 1st class on the same day. The company, the Customer service and their products are outstanding. I would highly recommend.
