Since joining best defensive mr and Mrs hunter have made me feel very welcomed and have been very supportive in my progression.great opportunity’s to graduate with out any pressure if you don’t want to. Really good mixed class of all ages men and women and all abilities. Over all this has been a great confidence booster for me and look forward to every class.

My son has been attending kickboxing now for a year with Mr & Mrs Hunter. He loves the classes - finds them fun, relaxed and really enjoyable whilst learning new skills and self defense skills. The classes offer a wide variety such as meditation, games, fitness, drills and techniques. A great way for children to learn to look after themselves, whilst keeping fit and having fun. Would definitely recommend Best Defence Martial Arts!
