I cannot recommend Katie and her team highly enough. Candida carries out our office clean twice a week to the highest standards, she’s lovely and always does a fantastic job. It is evident that Katie cares about her staff and invests in thorough training; they take great pride in their work and when they carried out a deep clean of our office at the start of our contract, they left the office immaculate. Katie is always willing to accommodate us with any changes to our cleaning schedule; she is easily contactable and checks in with us for feedback as well. I would like to personally thank Katie and her team for the fantastic service we received recently. I asked Best Clean Direct to come and do a deep clean of my house and they didn’t disappoint, a team of 4 arrived raring to go. They worked very hard and were quick and efficient and did an excellent job. The oven was also on the to do list and at the end of the visit shone like a new penny. Thoroughly recommend!
