Bouncy castle delivered and installed day before party as expected, however it was filthy with leaves, twigs, popped balloons etc inside. I called them back and they said somebody would be over the same day to clean it, but no one showed up. Day of the party we had to spend over an hour cleaning it ourselves to get it ready for the kids. Called to complain the next day and they tell me I should have called again so they could send someone over, even though nobody turned up the day before. Kids had a good time but to send out equipment that hasn't been cleaned, especially during the current climate is completely unacceptable.

We used Best Bounce for a bouncy castle for our daughter's 4th birthday party last weekend, and they were great to deal with. Really helpful and organised - there was a last minute panic when there weren't enough tables available but they substituted them for more expensive ones at no extra cost, arrived early & put everything up for us quickly & efficiently, same the next day to take it all away. I can’t thank Hanna enough for her professionalism during this time. We have used best bounce products many times from surfing to disco castles and they have always provided the children (both small and larger ones) with hours of fun. Unfortunately we had to cancel a party due to the current crisis, Hanna offered us a refund explaining that it may take a few weeks (that’s a lot quicker than getting out EasyJet refund) or said we can have a future hire. We decided to keep the credit and now have a bouncy castle booked to amuse the children during half term knowing that Hanna and her team will deliver in a safe way. Thanks Best Bounce!
