I've completed first 4 weeks of a personal training programme, 2 x 45minute sessions per week with Barry / Mandy. Absolutely loving it, already noticed a remarkable increase in strength, have lost a steady 4 pounds without making dietary changes and best for me, lost 2.5 inches! If you don't think groups are for you, this is worth a try...but I arrive at the end of a boot camp session, and everyone looks like they've enjoyed it 😀

Joining Best body Bootcamp was the best decision I ever made! For years I’ve wanted to work on my health and fitness but just been to anxious to walk into a gym! With finding my new found comfort here the trainers are amazing very supportive really help you to meet your goals! All the ladies are so friendly and supportive and we all encourage each other to push through every session!

I joined 1 month ago after having an introduction with Barry. I have been having twice weekly 1:1 training with Lisa and WOW how my strength, range of movement and stamina has improved 🤗 I had spinal neck surgery 3 years and have always been cautious of exercise but Lisa has eased me into it slowly and now encouraging me as my capability/flexibility has increased!!! Thank you 😄

Anyone thinking of joining my advice would be Do It. I was very nervous but the coaches Barry, Mandy and Lisa really put me at ease. You have 3 individual sessions before which give you an idea of what you will be doing in the classes and they give guidance on doing the exercises correctly which is a great help. The classes are always different and the ladies are very welcoming. Definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made.

I joined Best Body Boot Camp in Feb 2022 as I’d had a few injuries and wanted to improve fitness in a non traditional gym environment and I am so glad I did. Barry, Lisa and Mandy are fantastic instructors - friendly, approachable and make the workouts fun. Each session differs so you do not got bored. This is a highly motivating fun environment with lots of guidance and you also have catch ups regularly to help achieve your goals. I'd definitely recommend BBBC.
