I hired the Aston Martin DB11 v12 for a 4 day weekend for the occasion of my wedding. Car had some scuffs and scratches wasn’t the best. But… the car had a fault! The exhaust had an issue which meant the car wouldn’t go past 3000rpm!! Which one made it not safe but two it was awful and nothing like a v12 . This made it so bad to drive not being able to accelerate and drive the car properly or enjoy the sound of a v12. Just awful experience and I would not recommend this hire company to anyone. You pay a premium for a sub standard service!

The car was giving me issues on the road and was an absolute nightmare to deal with. I should have cancelled the moment I got the Audi and noticed the exterior was full of visible scratches on the silver paint. Won't be doing business here again!!!

Responsive communication from the start with Mandi in the office and on the morning of pick-up Adrian was fantastic, talked me through the car and when I had some questions over the weekend, he was very quick to revert. Unfortunately the car had some trouble, but the team were very quick to respond and recover, I will certainly be using them again for my next birthday treat, if the wife lets me!!

I hired the Ferrari 458 Spider for one day at very short notice in 2021. They delivered the car the evening before the official hire time which was very welcome as the extra time really made a difference to the experience. The car itself was in very good condition. Overall the experience was great and I will use Bespoke again.

So rang this company to hire car for wedding, one day only, for a Monday. The lady said we had to hire from the Friday before, so that is 4 days, not the one day we wanted. Not sure how you call yourselves "Bespoke" ??

AVOID IF YOU WANT A NICE CAR. Hired a Gallardo spider for my wedding which got you wet when it rained, had budget mis matched tyres, missing exterior trims, broken interior parts, engine management light on. Also shed its rear bumper while driving along cutting short my weekend hire period by 26 hours. No refund offered.
