Bought a composite Door and had nothing but trouble with the locking mechanism. Changed twice still persistent been on to Colin since August for a replacement lock and in the end new door because sick to death of waiting! Now mid Nov absolutely joke! Excuse after excuses..

Colin and the guys have done a cracking job on our house! All 9 windows changed, and 2 of those used to be doors! We had a front door changed to a window and the canopy removed. We had the French doors in the dining room changed to a picture window and it looks incredible! They were all very polite, considerate and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure everything was spot on before they left. I really recommend :) thanks a million!

I don't even know how to praise them in words. I can't get all my thoughts down and in order, but to be short, I'm extremely happy that I found them and would recommend them to anyone, no matter how big or small the job will be. At the beginning, I found it strange that he had only good reviews everywhere on the Web, so I started to do more research and didn't find anything to put me off, so I decided to arrange a meeting with Colin for an on-site quote and after meeting him and explaining all that needs to be done and how I want it etc. I followed my gut feeling so I decided to take the plunge and get the job done with him without looking for any other quotes (which is unusual for me). To put it in perspective, I'm very skeptical about builders, workers, etc in general because everywhere I go I see work done without any care and that's why I prefer to do most of the things I can myself and get the perfect finish I want, even if it takes a lot longer than to a professional, but Colin and his team did a wonderful job and they were very detail focused and didn't trigger my OCD with anything which I find very odd because usually I still find things that could be done better in most of the things. I had a medium to large job which took 3 days and they were spot on with everything every day. I even had a few extra jobs for them which I didn't think about when I got the quote and they were happy to do them even if they had other plans after work. If you are looking for quality, great workmanship and perfection, get these guys as you will not regret it any moment. I am trying to keep the review short, not to be boring, but they worth ever penny. I'm happy over the moon and back

I can highly recommend Bespoke Windows, Colin and his team work to a very high standard, had my facia and soffits fitted and cladding removed and fitted in a grey colour schem, had discussions to let me know what was going on, the team was very friendly and always cleaned up their mess every day, I was so impressed that I'm having Colin and his team to come back and install all new windows and doors.

2nd time we've used Bespoke Windows, first time replacing windows in our last house, top class job so chose them again for new house. Amazing job as always, honest, trustworthy and reliable. Good price too, very competitive, but top quality kit. The composite door has transformed the hallway and already feeling the warmth from the new windows.

When you are having windows fitted it can be a minefield, however Bespoke windows take away the fear in every way. Ideas and the finished product were discussed then once fitted, each room was transformed to a standard that I was not expecting. This company excels in every way from ideas to completion. The work was completed to a very high standard, I was kept updated throughout. The work was completed and the site was left clean and tidy. Despite living in Lincolnshire, we decided to use Bespoke Windows from Hull for some work, based on recommendations. Colin and his Staff have just taken out a kitchen wall for us and fitted a large picture window. They then demolished a poorly built extension and installed some smart patio doors, plus they replaced our fascias and guttering.
