My first experience with the company was amazing. Polly, Federica and Najib were super helpful and did an amazing job. I could not love the item more. When I came back to them for another item, the experience was completely different. Requested for samples but no responses at all. Sent loads of emails to the showroom manager as well as the work shop but no one replied. I was completely ignored which was extremely disappointing. Obviously my business was not appreciated, so sadly I would have to take it to somewhere else. 5 stars for the fist experience and zero star for the second, so 3 stars on average.

I have just purchased a wonderful corner bespoke sofa. Federica was most welcoming and helpful and the whole process was very straightforward and absolutely painless. Federica knows her fabrics well which helped me get to the one I wanted quickly. Her attention to detail is excellent. I am really pleased with my sofa. It is stylish, very comfortable and extremely well made. Customer support is also excellent. I have since purchased a headboard that I am equally pleased with. The quality is superb. I can highly recommend both Federica and Bespoke Sofas London. Also Najib (and his team) deserve a mention. He has been very helpful too and always on hand. It was a pleasure to be shown around the showroom by him and to see the furniture actually being made.

I have purchased two beautifully crafted and covered armchairs, along with a substantial corner unit. Scatter cushions also provided. I have to say that the quality of the product and finish is first class and the service levels provided by Federica, Najib and his brother are second to none. I would highly recommend them for all your furnishing needs and have been very happy to post this very positive, 5-star rating. This is bespoke furniture at its best.
