I have used other plumbers in the past and so I was just expecting the usual standard of work. In fact the work required was to correct the work done by the previous person (plumber). As a female on my own sometimes when having a trades person around can feel intimidating. (And for some worrying). But as soon as Simon from Bespoke Building and Plumbing Maintenance turned up I was put at ease. I was and am pleasantly surprised by the excellant quality and approach Simon provided. Simon clearly explained where the issues were and how he would fix them, so I understood before hand what the work entailed and what the work was required to correct it . I felt comfortable knowing and feeling I wasn't being ripped off. I definitely recommend Bespoke Plumbing and Building Maintenance services. A clean, reliable, trustworthy affordable plumber.
