Service was simple and very well explained all the way through the process. We dealt with Laura, who was very good at remaining in contact and replying to emails in a timely manner. We had a mission getting our mortgage offer sent over, but she remained patient and kept checking the portal with no complaints. As first time buyers purchasing and end of chain property, the process was incredibly straight forward and we managed to complete 6 weeks after offer acceptance. The reason the review is a 4* is down to the final statement we received. I was a bit surprised at the final cost and some of the costs within, which had creeped up significantly from the original quote without any notification. I’m not sure if they were “hidden costs” or costs that were missed from the original quote. We weren’t really notified that the cost was increasing, which is my only real complaint (e.g., the completion date suggested by Laura was an expedited completion, which incurred further costs, however this wasn’t detailed to us at the time) However, when I challenged the costs, the operations director took the time to call to explain the costs, and helped to settle the account whilst remaining honest and fair. All in all, happy with the process, and would definitely consider using Bespoke again!

First time buyer and completed end of March. Joe Hadden handled our case from point of enquiries being returned and we are very happy with his work. He replies in a timely manner to emails and deals with queries efficiently and competently. He takes time to explain the conveyancing process and chases up the chain as appropriate. We are very happy with Joe’s work and would give him 5 stars! Reason for 4 stars is due case handlers prior to being passed on to Joe. As our chain took a long time to complete our initial conveyancer had left the firm in the middle of the process and the person we were passed onto (prior to our case being passed to Joe) was very very poor in his communication. He nor his assistant replied to their emails in a timely manner and I could never get in touch with him directly to make enquiries. Overall we are very grateful our case ended up with Joe and he has seen it through to completion with no issues or delays.

An absolutely shambolic and useless company. I'm posting on behalf of my parents who have recently had a terrible experience with this company. The delays could mean that they lose the property they have fallen in love with due to the sellers growing frustrated. The ladies who answer the phone are friendly but unfortunately we can never get hold of our solicitor who always seems to be on another phonecall. Our solicitor has also filled in a form incorrectly on a couple of occasions causing further delays. We were given the name and email of the Operations Director to complain and guess what? Zero response! He seems to be the biggest waste of space in the whole company.

Bespoke Law have a simple business model to quote low and then charge what they like and breach their own terms and conditions in the process. Absolutely zero customer care after completion and I'm doubting whether the Operations Manager Wil even exists. Avoid at all costs unless you have contempt for your own hard earned cash.

3 times the original quoted price for the final bill is a bit much for me to say this is not a deliberate marketing ploy. Avoid these unless you want to do half the work yourself and be conned in the cost overall, small print is an understatement as there is plenty of it. Just short of crooks. I now await the owners cocky answer /comment bring it on.

There will always be mixed reviews for conveyancers depending on the individual circumstances, the complexity of the case and the organisation of the conveyanicing team at the time. However, I had a positive experience with bespoke law services and can't think of any problems with it at all. The communciation was quick and efficient.
