From the start communication was great. Easy to arrange a free visit which was informative easy to understand and a willingness to go over different things so not exceeding budget. Price was reasonable and was booked in for a convenient time for the work. (No waiting for a quote or to see if they would come back). Guys who undertook work were on time, polite, informative and willing to go above and beyond. There was a small issue from the manufacturer on the doors, these we re ordered and rectified with no issues. Would definitely recommend as lovely people, honest and hard working, they understand its your home and they are bringing a service that makes a lasting impression. The guys were friendly helpful and hardworking and always tidied up when they finished each day, even sweeping up sawdust from the drive after cutting worktops and kick boards to size. We had our kitchen doors, fascias etc replaced and a new sink. It looks amazing, really contemporary and work to a very high standard. The guys were polite, tidied up after themselves and did a fabulous job. A fraction of the cost of a new kitchen and only a few days with minimum disruption. Our first interaction with Bespoke Kitchens was in the spring of 2022 when we decided to have our wardrobe doors replaced. We found their website and decided to contact them. Sally called us and an appointment was made to have a quote for the work. We mentioned to Paul when he came by to quote for the doors that we were interested in a new kitchen. He informed us that they provide a 'turn key' service where they do the complete renovation and hand over a new kitchen at the end. As we were very pleased with the new wardrobe doors, we had him quote for the kitchen. They turned up to do the kitchen renovation when they said that they would and kept us informed during the process. At the end of each day the kitchen was left clean with the building rubbish removed. They would return each day at the time they said that they would. If another trade was coming in they too would be very clean and professional. The final result exceeded our expectations. All the people involved with our renovation were very professional and friendly. We had first intended to use John Lewis for our new kitchen but are very glad we didn't. I would not hesitate to recommend Bespoke Kitchens to friends and relatives.
