Couldn’t reach them by phone, they promised give me call they didn’t. When called them said need to refurbish bathroom they said 10-12 k without any information of size of bathroom etc. Came to beautiful showroom arrange time, that day they didn’t pick up phone, they came measure it and said they will send suggestion by email. Didn’t receive any email gave them call after 2 weeks saying no email and they lied saying they send letter which they sent that day after my call giving me price 11,5k without promised design suggestion how it should look, I did beautiful bathroom for 8k with someone else

After visiting many bathroom showrooms we visited Bespoke and I knew instantly I wanted them to carry out our bathroom redesign. Adam was more than patient and provided numerous drawings until we were happy, he offered lots of ideas and inspiration too (I love my sink)! We had to wait a short time for the team to be available but it was worth it and more. We are over the moon with our bathroom, which was quite a challenge for various reasons, mainly due to the whole room being relocated! They were clean and tidy and tried to leave us with as many available services as possible whilst work took place. Would 💯 recommend!
