Beware of this company! I paid Serghei £2400 as advance payment in August 2021 and he never delivered. On the 17th Dec 2021, he said that he will return my money in 10 working days. On the 3rd Jan 2022, I still haven’t received my money back. The last I heard from him was on the 30th Dec 2021 and he said he will return my money on the 3rd Jan 2022 but I have not received anything in my account. Be cautious when you do business with this company.

This company is a joke. One star is overrated anyway! Ordered fitted wardrobe ONE year ago. Up until now, wardrobe is not finished. They dont pick up the phone and dont call you back. They dont respond to your messages as well. Be warned. Find a solid company and never pay upfront. I hope they go bankrupt. What a joke, worst experience on my life! Serghei and his team, should stop scamming customers and promise service they simply cant deliver!!! I will again contact your company. I won’t remove review unless you finish the job!!!! Update: sent owner a copy of the review, no comment from Serghei. Be aware he has got other companies and ppl are also having the same issues. Refuse to pay anything upfront, you will save yourself time and money

we chose this company following good reviews for a fitted loft wardrobe. The initial visit was good and a design was created for the space. A timeline of work was given out and a request to pay 50% deposit was made, which we did. Once this money was exchanged the situation completely changed and we had to constantly chase the company for updates, as the initial timeline given was not followed. The phone was not being picked up and txt's and messages went unanswered. A date was arranged to go over the designs, but the date came and went with no communication from their part and we had to chase them constantly. There is no clear information given as to who installs the pre-made wardrobes. I feel it was rushed in the end and some parts were not even completed by the time of the date of the installation. I felt that their only worry was for me to pay whatever outstanding moneys without the job being completed. I stood to my ground and only paid once the job was completed. Dont get me wrong, the quality of the final product and design is good, but the customer service is non existant. I felt if i had paid them before the job had been completed he would have never come back. A company should keep their customers informed at all times. Delays happen, but it is not for the customer to chase the company

We couldn't be happier with our new hallway wardrobe unit. Excellent quality throughout! I honestly did not think that my tiny hallway could fit built in unit of this size, not only it looks stunning but it doesn't take too much space.Moreover my hallway looks even bigger then before! The unit looks compact but it is rather spacious the wardrobe fits all my winter coats, seasonal shoes, hats and more. Well done to Yuriy and his team for great quality, design! and craftsmanship. The wardrobe unit was fitted on time for Christmas as promised. I couldn't recommend BBI Furniture team highly enough. Everyone who comes through our doors complement this lovely piece of furniture!
