Don’t hire this company. Never answers any phone. Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend him. I regret hiring him at the first place. Taken the call out charges and didn’t do the work. Rather hire someone else. Leaving the work undone after receiving the call out payment is what you do and this is why I am not recommending your services to anyone. In your response too, you did accept the payment you had received but did you say that you did turn up to finish the work. NO. So that agrees with my complaint "Taken the call out charges and didn’t do the work."

We had a new boiler installed on 15/9/22 by Dean King of Bespoke Boilers. The work went smoothly from beginning to end, and the installation took a lot less time than we had anticipated. Dean and his men were focused and efficient, showed complete respect for the house and did everything necessary for best results. Two weeks later the boiler is running nicely and we have not had to contact them for help with any problems. The quote we got was certainly good and the quality of work excellent. We are very happy indeed and would recommend this company highly. Very many thanks to Bespoke Boilers!

Dean conducted himself in such a professional and efficient manner from the first contact right through until he left after fitting my boiler. He explained everything so clearly as he is clearly very competent which put my mind at ease that an excellent and safe and tidy job would been carried out and he certainly did that. I’ve worked with many tradesmen over the years, but it must be said that Dean was among the best. He worked efficiently and completed the task to a high standard. Several checks were made before he left site and his cleaning up was fastidious. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this plumber and would give 110%. Thanks very much Dean.
