Unfortunately we never got to know whether Bespoak were any good or not. Having eventually manged to find a day when they were actually open we picked a few samples to view at home and have measurements taken etc. to firm up a price for the job but it all ended there as no one bothered getting in touch again. All I can say is that they must be getting plenty of work if they can afford to ignore genuine enquiries as they had also ignored a phone enquiry we left when we found the shop closed at a time they were listed as being open. All in all very unprofessional so we went elsewhere.

Brett & Liam restored the original parquet flooring in our hallway and we are thrilled to bits with it. Such a transformation, it's amazing! They did a truly professional job. They turned up as agreed, were both so lovely, friendly (sorry I probably waffled a bit 🤣) and extremely polite. Very highly recommened. Thank you both, hope to see you again sometime 😊

We can't fault one aspect of the work completed. The floor installed has become THE feature of our cottage. Every effort was made by Brett and Liam to ensure that the job was completed to a standard that can only be described as perfect. No aspect of the job was too much trouble and even the re-installation of the skirting boards left them in a better state than they were originally. Brett's craftsmanship is considerable and we can't recommend him and Bespoak Flooring enough.
