Great service, had an electrical issue with my TSDZ2 kit and Alex had it booked in promptly in the morning and I had it back by 5pm. He turned up on a Bike Friday cargo bike which had a Tongsheng on it, so he practices what he preaches. He did say it would take longer, but they had a cancellation. Gave good advice on various upgrades. Lovely guy.
