Good range of parts and decent prices but the promise on the website of next day delivery is utter rubbish. None of my last 5 orders have turned up next day. Having now had to let several customers down due to lack of deliveries, I've taken to ordering everything from Williams and only buying stuff from BES when I know I can wait a week. Really annoying, this could be a good company and I tried to like them but they will let you down on delivery.

Bank holiday monday! Massive leak before the stop tap. I had to knock a wheel bolt into the incoming mains pipework to block the water supply. I walk into the collection point at BES with some parts in hand. The gentleman (forgot his name) identified them for me and helped me put the order in. Ten minutes later I walked out with correct parts (i'm not a plumber but handy with tools), went home, fitted them and got my water back on. A massive thank you to the chap behind the collection point. You are a credit to the company.

Poor communication on the delivery side of things when it comes to large items! And obviously there is going to be a valid excuse! I had to ring atleast 10 times and no one had a clue and the the staff wanting to help level was zero! I got told that someone will call me back! One member of of the BES group went out of the way to help and issue was solved! For that reason 2 stars
